Q: Do you want to list my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Q: Can I expect to get a fair price for my house?

We have found that most people have reasonable expectations about what the condition of their house is and the amount of work that it would take to make it ready to be seen on HGTV. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our process is very straightforward and open. We have to look at the location of the property, what repairs have to be done, the current condition of the house, and values of comparable houses recently sold in the nearby area. Sometimes house values go up and sometimes they go down so we always have to do some research. Because we want to come up with a fair offer that will work for both you and us.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
